CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If you are unable to give 48 hours notice please contact your stylist or the salon directly. We may charge a 20% fee for no-shows or repeated last minute cancelations. We understand life happens, and people get sick, we are human too and things come up that are unavoidable and we are genuinely empathetic to these situations.
